“Key evidence-based facts that make a clear case for complete suspension of these emergency use authorisation vaccines.”

MP Andrew Bridgen spoke in the House of Commons on 13th December 2022. His adjournment debate on Covid-19 vaccine damage raised questions while emphasising the clear facts calling for suspension of these vaccines:

“Three months ago, one of the most eminent and trusted cardiologists, a man with an international reputation, Dr Aseem Malhotra, published peer-reviewed research that concluded that there should be a complete cessation of the administration of the covid mRNA vaccines for everyone because of clear and robust data of significant harms and little ongoing benefit. He described the roll-out of the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine as ‘perhaps the greatest miscarriage of medical science, attack on democracy, damage to population health, and erosion of trust in medicine that we will witness in our lifetime.’ Interestingly, there has so far not been a single rebuttal of Dr Malhotra’s findings in the scientific literature, despite their widespread circulation and the fact that they made international news…”

His speech follows the October 2022, All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) meeting on Covid-19 vaccine damage, chaired by Sir Christopher Chope MP and days later a Parliamentary debate on Covid-19 Vaccines Safety. There, in the House of Commons, Sir Christopher Chope MP was in attendance alongside several other MP’s which included the Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen, who stated “I do not claim to be any sort of expert, but my degree a long time ago was in genetics, behaviour and biochemistry. Science works by challenge, and the science behind the vaccines has not been allowed to be challenged”.

UK ‘All Party Parliamentary Group’ (APPG) meeting on COVID-19 Vaccine damage.

Purpose:

‘To ensure scrutiny of the safety profile of Covid-19 vaccinations; provide a forum for those harmed or bereaved from Covid-19 vaccinations and review financial arrangements available to them; to ensure that the health services respond and provide care to those who have continuing conditions caused by Covid-19 vaccinations’.

Sir Christopher Chope chaired a much anticipated APPG meeting on Covid-19 vaccine damage in the centre of Westminster on Thursday 20th October 2022. The meeting, already postponed once, was long awaited and then rescheduled at very short notice. Shortly before it was due to commence, news reports confirmed that the UK’s new Prime Minister Liz Truss, had resigned her role. Westminster was instantaneously alive with chatter, the public, press, confused tourists, the Police and raised eyebrows. For someone in possession of a cynical mind and an eye on the truth, it may appear ‘sleight of hand’ as all attention was, without warning, diverted to the 45 day official resident of number 10, Downing Street.

Could the sudden announcement be the reason for the shocking lack of Members of Parliament (MP’s) who failed to attend the meeting? Out of 650 UK MP’s, just 5 members (including the ‘Chair’, Sir Christopher Chope) were present for the crucial meeting, all Conservative Party, Sir Jeremy Wright, Danny Kruger, Andrew Brigden and Sir Desmond Swayne.

One may find it hard to comprehend what appears to be a ‘dereliction of duty’ from the large majority of the public’s elected representatives, those who didn’t regard the issues important enough to show their faces, much less apologise for their failure to attend.

Members of the public spent much time in the lead up to the meeting writing to individual MP’s to request their attendance, presenting compelling and urgent reasons for their participation.

The excuse ‘but, I didn’t know’ seems for the vast majority of MP’s, not one that can be proffered.

Those that did make long (and for some painfully arduous) journeys into central London, amongst them the wheelchair bound and grieving bereaved partners and relatives, had much to say, in very little time. Many had intended to present and deliver information detailing their requirements for both medical and financial support, and there simply wasn’t enough time allowed for that.

Also attending were the support groups/campaigners for the Covid-19 injured and bereaved, UK CV Family and VIB UK.

“Doing the right thing by the government”

Statements were made by Dr Aseem Malhotra, Cardiologist and author of the recent scientific article, Tess Lawrie, World Council for Health and Dr Mohammad Adil, see British Medical Journal article, and ex Police officer, Mark Sexton.

The MP’s that did attend, appeared open, concerned and motivated to take steps to push the subject further within the Government.

To note, so far, little information has been released from the ‘UK Covid 19 inquiry’, a public inquiry set up to examine the UK’s response to and impact of the Covid-19 pandemic’ chaired by Baroness Heather Hallett, a former Court of Appeal judge.

Notably absent from the meeting was Sir Graham Brady, the senior MP who previously attended a private meeting in London, run under Chatham House rules in September 2021, attended by police, scientists, lawyers and doctors amongst others. During this meeting experts presented large amounts of evidence of harm and potential harms caused by the Covid-19 vaccine.

Funeral Director John O’Looney, also present at the meeting, commented that as evidence was presented to Sir Graham Brady, his face appeared ‘ashen’.

One attendee subsequently commented on a remark that was allegedly made after the meeting ‘when the people find out what has been done, there will be civil unrest and probably civil war’ to which the alleged response from Sir Graham Brady was ‘the Government expect it, they are prepared for it, and they are actually surprised that it hasn’t kicked off before last September’.

UK Vaccine Minister

In this long awaited APPG meeting, the very person charged with ministerial duties regarding Vaccines within the UK Government, the current vaccine minister, was also noticeably absent.

Was there anyone better placed to be at this APPG meeting?

At the point of writing this article we are unable to confirm the name of the current UK vaccine minister. The most recent details that we were able to reference are:

‘Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Vaccines and Public Health).

Previous holders of this role, Maggie Throup MP, 2021 to 2022’.

This does not provide much clarity, researching further we discovered this text also from the UK Government website:

‘Biography, Maggie Throup MP was Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Vaccines and Public Health) between 16 September 2021 and 8 September 2022’.

Wikipedia describes Maggie Throup as ‘incumbent’, the definition of which is ‘officially having the named position’.

APPG Meeting

Joining the MP’s at the meeting were a number of Doctors, which included Dr Clare Craig, Dr Stephen Frost, Dr Mohamed Adil, Dr Tess Lawrie and Dr Aseem Malhotra, the latter who presented much information to the gathered group.

After the initial introductions and considerable presentation of compelling evidence by Dr Malhotra, the vaccine injured and bereaved had just a short time to ask questions. There was a definite air of frustration and a sense of a lack of urgency for those who had been waiting for news on the sorely inadequate ‘vaccine damage payment scheme’ and/or any form of support. As the meeting began to draw to a close due to time constraints, tensions rose for those members of the public that were present. Tears were shed, voices raised and demands made. Some of those present had been waiting for more than a year for any form of official acknowledgment and support.

There were passionate demands to immediately halt the vaccine rollout, to prevent further harms.

Vaccine Damage Payment

After the meeting drew to a close, Children’s Health Defense, once again, had the opportunity to speak to the courageous campaigner, Charlotte Wright.

Charlotte, the wife of the late Dr. Stephen Wright, a 32 year old clinical Psychologist, who died after receiving the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine, explained to us that there was a fundamental lack of support for the victims of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Charlotte received £120,000 through the ‘Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS)’ but commented that a vaccine injury lawyer informed her that if it were a ‘personal injury’ claim it would instead be a payment closer to 1.5 to 2 million GBP.

Charlotte was accompanied to the meeting by Stephen’s mother Anne, who described her beloved son and the two little boys that he left behind. She also detailed the deafening silence that her pleas to the MHRA, and others for help, were met with.

Anne:

“It’s also the lack of acknowledgement, we have had no acknowledgement from anyone, from the MHRA, AstraZeneca, the Government“.

Charlotte Wright:

“Even on the paperwork that I got to inform me that I would receive the vaccine damage payment scheme they put based on the probability, it wasn’t even an admittal that it was the vaccine, it was based on probability”.

Some of those injured or bereaved have now become victims by doing what they were led to believe was ‘the right thing’. In talking to members of the public as they left the meeting, many people are already struggling to pay their bills, fund urgent medical care, keep their homes, battling with failing health and in some cases, their minds.

Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS)

In a June 2022 article published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ), Sarah Moore, a partner at the Hausfeld law firm, which represents people seeking compensation, told the BMJ it was an important moment:

Excerpt from article:

“While the VDPS payments are very modest in amount, and will do very little to alleviate the financial difficulties with which many families are now struggling as a consequence of injury or bereavement, the fact of payment for some will mark a moment of vindication in that it is the clearest statement yet, by the government, that in some rare instances the covid-19 vaccines have caused very significant injury or death.”

However, it was “far too little, too late,” she said. “With a 60% disability eligibility criteria, a historical acceptance rate of 1.7%, and a maximum cap of £120 000, the inadequacies of the scheme mean that some families will have no choice but to look at litigation in order to access substantive financial support.”

Clinics

It has been observed that the UK now has what is referred to as at least 89 ‘long Covid clinics’, yet not one clinic for the Covid-19 vaccine damaged.

Long COVID: the National Health Service (NHS) plan for 2021/22

Extract:

‘NHS England and NHS Improvement will provide a further £70 million to expand Long COVID services beyond Post-COVID Assessment Clinics to strengthen diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation for Long COVID. This is in addition to the £24 million already provided to 89 specialist Post-COVID Assessment Clinics around England, bringing the total investment in 2021/22 to £94 million’.

Presenting at the APPG Meeting

Dr Aseem Malhotra:

“Vaccine injury is common, it’s not rare”

Representative of the injured:

“I am going to sit down, I’ve got cardiac issues, so my resting heart rate is currently 130. We have got a lot of very sick and bereaved people here and they feel that for the last nearly two years they haven’t had their voices heard and we came here today to have that opportunity and so far all we have heard is about pharmaceutical industries, Vioxx, statistics, that won’t bring back our loved ones, that won’t bring back our health, so we feel pretty let down, again”.

Danny Kruger, MP for Devizes:

“I am ashamed to say I am new to this agenda, like the Doctor, like many people in the country, I believed what I was told for many months, years, and I am keen to hear from you”.

“The fact that this place is full of members of the public and hardly any MP’s here is indicative of our problem, which is that you have not been heard in this place, so that’s what we need to correct”.

Andrew Bridgen, MP, NW Leicestershire:

“The mainstream media have played their part in suppressing all this information.”

“I voted against two of the lockdowns, I would have voted against all of them if the Prime Minister hadn’t lied to me about the fact that he’d done a full impact assessment across all of society which now turns out that has never been done”.

Vaccine Injured and Bereaved UK, representative:

“We need help on the ground”.

Mark Sexton, Retired Policemen:

“Forgive me, sorry, my name is Mark Sexton, I am a retired Policeman from Birmingham, I want to address the vaccine injured and those who’ve lost loved ones. You are victims of crime, right, this is a crime, the biggest crime ever committed or perpetrated”.

(Loud Applause)

“This is the crime, these are crimes against humanity, we have the evidence, it is being ignored by the Police, it is being ignored by the Home Office, it is being ignored by every man and his dog. What we need is we need every Police force in the UK to set up a major incident room, these victims need to be heard, their stories need to be documented as a criminal offense, just wait please, please just let me speak and I’ll sit down, just let me speak, just please let me speak.

I am aware that these are contentious issues, the evidence has been submitted and ignored, people have been arrested who have tried to bring this to the fore, what we now need is that this vaccine must be stopped, harm, injury and death is being caused on a massive scale by these vaccines, they must be stopped today, now. MP’s, anybody in a position of authority and power, you need to go on national television, now, today, and warn the public no more vaccination, they are killing our relatives, our friends and our family. It has to be stopped. These are victims of crime, every Police force open a major incident room, staff it with professionals, treat these people with dignity and respect, get them compensation, and get the people responsible for this locked up today.
And start with Midazolam, it’s killing our elderly in the care homes. Midazolam and Morphine killed our elderly, not Covid”.

Sir Christopher Chope:

“As you can see, from today, there is a relatively small number of MP’s who wish to put their heads above the parapet, on this’”.

“When I first spoke on this subject in the House of Commons, the report in the House of Commons was taken down off Youtube, now that is the sort of problem we have got”.

“We are all on the same side and united, we make progress and that is what we have got to do, with a single focus”.

Vaccine injured attendee:

“Your Covid yellow card system is flawed, my data was removed from the Covid yellow card system, so the reporting is also inaccurate. I am a social worker, I spend my life helping and supporting disabled adults to get a better quality of life and I can’t do that for myself, mentally, how do you think that affects me daily when I have to support other people”.

Dr. Aseem Malhotra:

“Vaccine centre’s are empty, the public know there is a problem, we are this close to breaking, because once it gets into the mainstream, we are this close, it will all collapse, it will all be exposed, and then we can start rebuilding the system and also dedicating time to making sure the people with vaccine injuries get proper care and they are even acknowledged that they have got vaccine injuries. That’s horrific, I am really sorry that happened to you, I am really, really sorry.

I can’t apologise on behalf of the medical council (General Medical Council, GMC), I wish I could, but if I did, I can tell you now that I’d get a referral to the GMC straight away, saying that I am putting the medical profession into disrepute”.

James Wells, regarding the MHRA:

“Another FOI (Freedom of Information request) went in, and they don’t even have a process to follow up yellow card reports, there is no internal process, and if there is no internal process they can’t measure it”.

Dr. Tess Lawrie:

“I’m Dr Tess Lawrie, I am one of the Doctors who has been censored quite extensively, over the past few years for raising concerns about vaccine harms and I have experience as a World Health Organisation consultant, evaluating evidence, so I have been following the evidence with initial concerns as to how quickly the vaccines were developed as we have never developed things as quickly as three months and a vaccine in normal circumstances takes about 10 years to be declared safe”.

“I would just like to say that the MHRA does seem to be changing or fiddling with the data that was reported to the Yellow Card scheme.

But what is very concerning is that after sending FOI requests it is clear that there is no process for investigating individual yellow card reports, and the MHRA has done no safety audit in two years. They are required by law to do a safety audit every two years and we are in a pandemic and they have allowed temporary authorisation of a number of these products and they have done no safety audit”.

Dr. Lawrie then comments on a letter submitted to the MHRA from her organisation, EbMC Squared CiC in June 2021 of a preliminary report and the subsequent reply received from Dr. June Raine, MHRA.

Letter excerpts:

“In total, 1,253 deaths and 888,196 ADRs (256,224 individual reports) were reported during this period”.

“The MHRA now has more than enough evidence on the Yellow Card system to declare the COVID-19 vaccines unsafe for use in humans. Preparation should be made to scale up humanitarian efforts to assist those harmed by the COVID-19 vaccines and to anticipate and ameliorate medium to longer term effects. As the mechanism for harms from the vaccines appears to be similar to COVID-19 itself, this includes engaging with numerous international doctors and scientists with expertise in successfully treating COVID-19”.

Dr Tess Lawries continues:

“This was sent to the MHRA as an urgent delivery, we received a response seven weeks later.”

A section of Dr June Raines, MHRA reply:

“Firstly, whilst you have mentioned this in your letter, I would like to emphasise that the nature of Yellow Card reports means that reported events are not always proven side effects. Some events may have happened coincidentally, regardless of vaccination”.

Dr Tess Lawrie:

“So, my question remains to her, how many of those do they think are coincidental?”

“The MHRA is a major problem, highlighted by Dr Aseem Malhotra’s point that they are 86% funded by pharma and also by Dr June Raine herself, who declared recently that they have moved from a ‘watchdog to an enabler’.

So we have a regulator that should be acting on behalf of the public who are an enabler for the pharmaceutical industry, who need to recall these vaccines immediately”.

Debate

The following Monday, 24th October 2022, a UK parliamentary debate, see also transcript, took place to discuss a petition, which had received over 107,000 signatures.

The petition:

‘Open a Public Inquiry into Covid-19 Vaccine Safety. There has been a significant increase in heart attacks and related health issues since the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccines began in 2021. This needs immediate and full scientific investigation to establish if there is any possible link with the Covid-19 vaccination rollout’.

The UK Government response was given on 5 January 2022:

‘The Government commissioned a public inquiry into the pandemic and has no plans for a vaccine safety inquiry. Our surveillance strategy for COVID-19 vaccines provides continuous safety monitoring’. Read more here.

In concluding this October 2022 Parliamentary debate, Dr Caroline Johnson, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department of Health and Social Care) 8 September 2022 – 27 October 2022 said:

“The Government have already commissioned a public inquiry into the pandemic, and covid vaccines will be reviewed as part of that inquiry. There are no plans for an inquiry solely on vaccine safety. We face a tough winter ahead, and collectively we must do everything we can to protect those who are most vulnerable and to reduce pressure on the NHS. I encourage everyone who is eligible to step forward for their covid and flu vaccines as soon as they are able”.

There are plans for another APPG meeting to discuss Covid-19 vaccine damage, however, at this time, we and many others, await further details.

Sir Christopher Chope and a number of other MP’s attended UK Parliament just a few days later at a parliamentary debate resulting from a public petition on the safety of covid vaccines.
