Complaint about Pfizer / BioNTech and Moderna gene therapies, commonly referred to as “vaccines” filed in France and Switzerland

In France, REACTION 19 (an association which implements legal and judicial means to ensure respect for fundamental freedoms, especially in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic, co-chaired by Carlo Alberto BRUSA and Riccardo MEREU www.reaction19.fr) filed a complaint about the Pfizer / BioNTech and Moderna gene therapies, commonly referred to as “vaccines” on December 16, 2020:

– deliberate endangering of the life of others;
– aggravated deception;
– abuse of weakness;
– aggravated extortion.

Already more than 5,000 people have declared themselves to be associated with this complaint, and this number continues to grow. Their voluntary interventions will be filed with the Public Prosecutor in the coming days.

The complaint, registered under number 20351000746, remains in the hands of the Justice and the Public Prosecutor of Paris.

REACTION 19 also sent to the prescribers of the said “vaccines”, in particular to all the deputies and senators, to the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, to the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, to the Minister of Health and to doctors, a declaration of commitment of civil and criminal liability for the side effects of these “vaccines” which can go as far as death.

To date, none of the aforementioned prescribers have signed this declaration and therefore accepted to engage their personal responsibility for the consequences of this vaccination policy.

Also, the French association announce that anybody in France can now present a declaration of civil and criminal liability to be signed by your doctor or any member of the medical profession before the injection of the Pfizer / BioNTech or Moderna “vaccine”.

In Switzerland as well, the association  die Unabhängigen (DU) filed an appeal with the Federal Court against the approval of the vaccine from Pfizer and BioNTech, worrying about nanoparticles that could influence the DNA of people vaccinated. On the same day, 23rd December 2020, she lodged a complaint with the Federal Department of the Interior against the treatment of Covid-19 by the OFSP.
