The US biolaboratories in Ukraine for the production of pathogens

The Department of Defense had confirmed during Operation Warp Speed that pathogens were being produced in the laboratories. This was reported by Sasha Latypova at the beginning of March. She had found a document on the official website of the Ukrainian parliament (Rada) describing the 2005 contracts between Ukraine and the US military.

Here is a summary of the 2005 Ukrainian-US agreement on Ukrainian biolaboratories:

Agreement between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the US Department of Defence: the agreement is part of the 1993 Framework Agreement between Ukraine and the United States of America on Assistance to Ukraine in Eliminating Strategic Nuclear Weapons and Preventing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. The agreement focuses on preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens and knowledge that can be used to develop biological weapons in Ukraine, particularly in facilities designated by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health.

U.S. Department of Defence Assistance: The U.S. Department of Defence will provide $15 million in uncompensated assistance to the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, subject to the availability of funds appropriated for this purpose. Assistance may include, but is not limited to, joint research on biology, identification of and response to dangerous biological agents, and improving the protection, control, and reporting of biological materials to reduce the risk of theft or unauthorised use of dangerous pathogens at facilities in Ukraine. The U.S. Department of Defence may also provide other types of assistance under a written agreement with the Ukrainian Ministry of Health.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health: The Ukrainian Ministry of Health will use the assistance solely for the prevention of biological weapons proliferation and will not redirect or transfer it for any other purpose or recipient. The Ukrainian Ministry of Health will facilitate U.S. Department of Defence review and inspection of materials, training, and services provided under the Agreement. The Ukrainian Ministry of Health will also provide copies of dangerous pathogens and information from the infectious disease surveillance network to the US Department of Defence for joint research for preventive, protective and peaceful purposes.

A sum of 15 million dollars was paid. As TKP reported, further agreements were concluded with Labyrinth Global Health via the DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency), i.e. the US Department of Defence. The contractis for “infrastructure development”, including a subcontract for “Covid research” in Ukraine in 2019. According to the Labyrinth website, it appears to be a “global consulting firm” that brokers “private-public partnerships” in various regions of the world. In other words, a conduit for the US government and Department of Defence to provide money and contracts to government healthcare agencies and research/manufacturing facilities abroad so that they are all “aligned” with US global goals.

It is not clear what the “Covid research” in Ukraine in 2019 involved, but judging by the business activities stated by Labyrinth, it does not appear to be virus/toxin manufacturing, but rather “facilitation”, training of personnel, grants for propaganda papers and market research/surveys on pandemic topics. In other words, they are teaching the locals to brainwash themselves for US/globalist purposes.
