Europeans for Safe Connections : a call for action (broadcast today 18.30 CET)

Europeans for Safe Connections will be hosting a workshop at the European Parliament today at 18:30 CET. You can follow the live streaming here: bit.ly/RivasiLive_ESC

The unique opportunity to bring well established serious concerns to the attention of decision makers and fellow citizens is taking place later today in the European Parliament. The event will be hosted by three MEP's: Michele Rivasi, Anne-Sophie Pelletier, and Ivan Sinčić.

This is a European Parliament workshop event for MEPs, EU Commission, and stakeholders to meet the Europeans for Safe Connections coalition and representatives from other NGOs. They will present their material to increase awareness of the dark side of our modern wireless telecommunication technologies. There will be an exchange of views with current and former members of the European Economic and Social Committee, and the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly.

5G masts are rising all over Europe at a rapid space, many of which were quietly implemented in the fog of covid-19 lock downs. Here are some of the organizations addressing fundamental issues and the actions underway in Europe:

Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation

European Citizens Initiative: Stop 5G – Stay connected but protected. Sign the petition here.

The 5G Appeal. Scientists and medical doctors call for a moratorium on the 5G roll-out. 5G will substantially increase exposure to radio-frequency electromagnetic fields RF-EMF, that have been proven to be harmful for humans and the environment.

Internationally there is a long history of actions and organizations working on this issue as well. Here is a small sample:
